From April – September, the Bone Church is open from Monday – Sunday from 9 am – 6 pm. From November to February it’s open 9 am – 4 pm and in March & October, it’s open from 9 am – 5 pm. You can buy a Sedlec area joint ticket for the Cathedral and Ossuary for 160 CZK an adult.
My biggest regret for our day in Kutna Hora is that we didn’t stop to visit the Cathedral in Sedlec. It completely slipped our minds. As it turns out, we could have spent 20-30 minutes there and still had time to see St. Barbara’s. ⓘ PRO TIP: The cathedrals in Sedlec and Kutna Hora are both open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The last admission Trains leave Kutna Hora to return to Prague on the hour. You can also catch a bus, but since I took the train I won't pretend to know anything about the bus option. Cost: Entry into the Sedlec Ossuary is 90 CZK ($4.50 USD) for adults and 60 CZK ($3 USD) for children. You can get a combined ticket for the Ossuary and some other churches

Both towns are lovely and worth to visit. Kutna Hora is much closer to Prague therefore You won't have to travel that much and mind that in Cesky Krumlov the castle will be closed from the beginning of November! Report inappropriate content. nadaum.

Trains Trains to Kutna Hora leave from Prague Main Railway Station (Praha hlavní nádraží). You can choose between a direct connection or changing trains in the town of Kolin. The trip takes 1 to 1,5 hours, and the return ticket costs approximately 12-15 euros depending on the exchange rate.
